A Trumann Arkansas man has been arrested on Rape Charges in Fulton County. 61-year-old Houston Hamilton allegedly sexually assaulted a child. The Victim was interviewed by the Arkansas State Police Crimes against Children Division and told them that the rapes happened in Trumann and in Gepp Arkansas. Bond for Hamilton has been set at $250,000.
