The Izard County Sheriff’s department reports three arrests after a traffic stop in Pineville. 31 year old Jesse Bowman and 36 year old Jolynn Mandel both from Norfork and 47 year old Brandon Stanley of Pineville were all arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, with the purpose to deliver, felony possession of controlled substance with the purpose to deliver a schedule II or II controlled substance not meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to analyze meth, felony possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to store meth, and two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to ingest meth and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, marijuana. Their bond was set at $30,000 each and they will be in court January 20th.
