Two Mountain Home Residents were arrested by the Highway Patrol last night. 26-year-old Aaron Kines was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid drivers license and no seat belt. Jones was processed and released. 33-year-old Sabrina Ward was arrested on a felony warrant from the Arkansas board of parole for a parole violation, possession of meth and cocaine less than 2 grams and endangering the welfare of a minor and no seat belt. She was taken to the Howell County Jail and is being held without bond.
