A Doniphan man faces felony charges after he was involved in an accident Tuesday in Butler County. 24-year-old Cody Tipton is charged with felony DWI-physical injury and failure to yield to oncoming traffic. Tipton pulled out of a private drive and hit another vehicle, injuring two people from Qulin Missouri. The accident happened 5 miles south of Poplar Bluff on MO 53.
