A man from Birch Tree was arrested by the Highway patrol Wednesday night in Shannon County. 33-year-old Cody Pendergraff was arrested for felony resisting arrest and on a felony Howell County Warrant for unlawful use of a weapon. He was taken to the Howell County jail.
