A man from West Plains has been arrested after a traffic stop in Cabool. 32-year-old Jose Porras is charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. Porras also had an active warrant for burglary at the time of his arrest. Heroin and Methamphetamine were both found in the vehicle that he was in. Bond for Porras is set at $250,000
