A woman from West Plains was injured in an accident Wednesday afternoon in Howell County. The Highway patrol says that 69-year-old Patricia Dixon suffered moderate injuries when she drove off the road and hit a fence. Dixon was taken to Ozarks Healthcare. The accident happened on highway 17, five miles north of White Church.
