Authorities in Independence County have made a big drug bust. According to reports the Sheriff’s Department along with the 16th Judicial Drug Task Force and Arkansas Department of Corrections K-9 team found a pound and a half of meth, 600 grams of marijuana, a stolen handgun, and $565 in cash during the arrest. 45-year-old Billy Jack Wilson of Batesville faces drug trafficking charges. He was taken to the Independence County jail. Authorities say the drugs are valued at around $50,000
