A Baxter County man is charged with Drug related offenses and with hindering apprehension. 64-year-old Thomas Earnest Harvey was arrested after a probation visit at his home, where officers found drug paraphernalia. Harvey is charged with felony maintaining a drug premise, felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor hindering apprehension. He is also charged as a habitual offender and is being held for probation violation. Harvey has a $10,000 bond on the drug charges and is being held without bond for probation violation.
