A man from Mountain View suffered serious injuries in an ATV accident last night north of Mountain View. The Highway patrol says that 30-year-old Jeffery Holdt was injured when he attempted a sharp turn and lost control of the ATV and overturned. Holdt was taken to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. The accident happened on county road 3940 about 4 miles north of Mountain View. Holdt was charged with DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and driving while revoked.
