A sex offender was arrested Wednesday in Texas County on several charges. 34-year-old Ronald Fleming of Houston was arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle, failure to register as a sex offender, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and stealing. He is being held in Texas County Jail without bond.
