A Trial date has now been set for a West Plains man accused of shooting another man last year. 30-year-old Casey Lee Tetrick is charged with first degree assault resulting in serious injury and armed criminal action. Tetrick allegedly shot 40-year-old Brian smith of Mammoth Spring on Labor Day, September 7th 2020. Tetrick will go to trial is set to begin September 22nd 2021 before 37th Circuit Court Associate Judge Donna Anthony.
