A man accused of killing a man in Batesville is back in jail in Independence County. 28-year-old Cody Weathers faces first degree murder charges in the death of 30-year-old Adam Lowry. Weathers turned himself in to police in Springfield last week. He was returned to Arkansas on Monday. His bond is set at $750,000
