Dr. Luke Boyer has been named the Laclede County R-I School District superintendent in Conway, Missouri, effective July 1, 2021. Boyer has been with the West Plains School District for the last 11 years, serving as assistant superintendent of finance. Before West Plains, Dr. Boyer served as superintendent of Oregon-Howell R-III.
