A man from Paragould was arrested in Baxter County. 32-year-old Daniel Hoskins was arrested and faces felony counts of possession of a schedule II-controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drugs and firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm by a felon. His bond was set at $25,000.
