Two Melbourne residents were arrested last week on drug charges. 39-year-old Michael LIscomb and 40-year-old Brandy Smith were both arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were both out on bond on drug charges. Both will be in court in Izard County on March 4th.
