Two Carter County residents were injured in a one vehicle accident in Wayne County Tuesday afternoon. The highway Patrol reports that 26-year-old Shayla wells of Ellsinore suffered serious injuries and 20Year old Tori Psalmonds of van Buren suffered minor injuries when Psalmonds drove off the road and struck a tree. The accident happened on county road 445 about 10 miles north of Ellsinore.
