A man from Calico Rock has been arrested after a standoff with police and faces felony charges for allegedly shooting at a woman and deputies. 59-year-old Noel Gene Loosey allegedly shot at the woman when she pulled into a driveway Tuesday night on Brown Hill Road. When deputies approached the house Loosey allegedly fire several more rounds. Loosey faces three counts of aggravated assault, two counts of felon in possession of a firearm and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged as a habitual offender.
