A West Plains woman faces charges for allegedly stealing a vehicle. 31-year-old Chantel drake is charged with felony tampering with a motor vehicle. She allegedly stole a vehicle and led police on a high-speed chase with deputies in Baxter and Ozark County. The vehicle was reported stolen in Howell County. Bond for Drake was set at $3,500.
