The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reports the arrest of a man from Ava. 22-year-old Devon Degase is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, and possession of a controlled substance marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and driving under the influence of drugs involving an accident.
