The City of West Plains reports that there is a water leak somewhere in the Downtown, Aid Avenue area that is breaking loose with the thaw. There is another leak in the Pine Street Area. Please check around your buildings to for any leaks. This one is big enough to cause fluctuations in the water flow. Call the police at 256-2244 if you find it!
