A man from Poplar Bluff was injured in an accident in Ripley County Tuesday. The Highway Patrol reports that 43-year-old Larry Crider suffered serious injuries when he drove off the road and struck a utility pole. Crider was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on Missouri 142, about 1 mile west of Oxly.
