On February 19 Gerald Valenzuela, age 37 of Melbourne, was arrested by Trooper Johnson for speeding, driving on a restricted license, and possession of an instrument of crime. Valenzuela is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on April 22.
On February 22 Michael Kelly, age 31 of Franklin, was arrested by Probation/Parole for parole violations.
On February 23 Brandon Stanley, age 47 of Pineville, was arrested by Jail Administrator Sherry Davidson for violations of conditions of bond. Stanley was out on bond from the Izard County Circuit Court for felony drug charges. Stanley is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on March 30.
On February 25 Amos Parnell, age 43 of Pineville, was arrested by Probation/Parole for parole violations. Parnell was also out on bond for felony drug charges and his bond was revoked. Parnell is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on March 30.
On February 26 Bruce Northern, age 70 of Evening Shade, was arrested by Investigator Tyler Webb for battery 3rd degree. Northern is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on April 8.
On February 26 Joshua McCabe, age 34 of Violet Hill, was arrested by Deputy J Barnes for failure to stop at a stop sign, violation of interlock device, and possession of a controlled substance. McCabe is scheduled to appear in the Izard County District Court on April 6.
On February 26 Jerry Bierman, age 73 of Oxford, was arrested by Chief Deputy Charley Melton on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court. Bierman was out on bond for an aggravated assault charge. Bierman is scheduled to appear in the Izard County Circuit Court on March 30.
