Missouri State University West Plains is hosting a series of workshops for those that like to grow gardens. In February they a workshop on starting seeds. This Saturday another workshop will be held. This workshop is a Caterpillar Tunnel Construction Workshop. Education and Employment Specialist Roy Crouch tells us about it
