Two Poplar Bluff residents were arrested in Carter County Sunday evening. The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 25-year-old Oliver Isaac and 40-year-old Justin Pfeifer. Isaac is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance meth, a misdemeanor warrant from Butler County for failure to appear, displaying plates of another, no insurance and no seat belt. He was taken to Butler County Jail. Pfeiffer was charged with felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony possession of a controlled substance meth, and no seat belt.
