The Douglas County Sheriff’s Department reports that a man from Huggins has plead guilty to Burglary, Kidnapping and Domestic assault. 53-year-old William Walston plead guilty to the charges and will be in court on May 4th for sentencing hearing. Under terms of his plea agreement the state is requesting 15 years on burglary and kidnapping and 5 years on domestic assault. The defendant will argue for a lesser sentence. The crimes were committed on July 11th 2020.
