A man from Flippin has been arrested on rape charges. 47-year-old David Jones faces three counts of rape. Jones allegedly admitted to the sexual contact with the 11-year-old female victim. In addition to the rape charges Jones is also charged with an enhanced penalty as a habitual offender. He is being held in Marion County on $50,000 bond
