A West Plains teen faces felony charges after a 9-year-old girl allegedly told her father that the suspect touched her inappropriately. 18-year-old Alexandro Silva was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony statutory sodomy or attempt involving a child less than 12. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
