A man was arrested after a high-speed pursuit in Fulton County. 32-year-old Michael Kelly fled from police but was caught when he wrecked the vehicle he was driving in a pond near Glencoe. Kelly is charged with felony fleeing and misdemeanor DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, no insurance, driving DWI suspended License and reckless driving. He was taken to White River Medical Center in Batesville for treatment of injuries suffered in the wreck. His bond has been set at $20,000
