A man from Pineville was arrested after a traffic stop in Horseshoe Bend last week. 36 year old Bobby Hubbard was arrested after a search of the vehicle he was in uncovered a syringe with a cloudy liquid inside and three more syringes and two small plastic baggies with a crystal like substance inside another small baggie that had what resembled meth and another baggie had an unidentified pill inside, Hubbard is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia along with traffic violations, open container of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a prohibited weapon He was taken to the Izard County jail.
