Names have now been released in a shooting that happened in Independence County over the weekend. Malicki Pizanowski was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound. 30-year-old Trey Allen Warner of Batesville was arrested and is charged with first degree murder. He was taken to the Independence county jail.
