A man from Williford has now been arrested in connection with a shooting Thursday. Kenneth Waters is charged with First Degree Domestic battery and public intoxication. Waters allegedly shot and wounded a female on Powell Hollow Road. Authorities were notified after the victim was taken to a local medical facility. Waters is being held in the Sharp County Detention Center awaiting formal charges.
