A parole absconder fled from deputies but was soon captured. 60-year-old Austin Earl Dutton ran from deputies in Baxter County Tuesday afternoon he was later arrested and is charged with felony possession of a firearm by certain persons, misdemeanor fleeing, and failure to appear in court and felony parole violation. He is being held without bond.
