The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a Summersville woman early this morning. 34-year-old Felicia Batchelor was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked third or subsequent offense, speeding and no seatbelt. She was arrested around 1:30 this morning and taken to the Texas County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
