Saturday Morning the Father of a child reported missing last week, turned himself into the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. At approximately 4:00am, 53-year-old Chad Emmerson, of Ava, Missouri turned himself in. He was booked into the Douglas County jail on a warrant for: Domestic Assault – 1st Degree a Class B Felony, Endangering the Welfare of a Child creating Substantial Risk – 1st Degree – 1st Offense – No Sexual Conduct a Class D Felony, three counts of Armed Criminal Action an Unclassified Felony, Unlawful Use of Weapon – Subsection 4 – Exhibiting a Class E Felony, and Unlawful Use of Weapon – Subsection 3 – Discharge into Home, MV or Other Transpo a Class E Felony. Bond was set at No Bond.
All subjects should be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
