A woman from Pocahontas was arrested after allegedly stabbing her husband while their child watched. 27-year-old Gennifer Newell was arrested after allegedly stabbing 45-year-old Durrell Newell at their home on Tammie Drive in Pocahontas. A 4-year-old boy told authorities that his parents were fighting and that his dad pushed his mom and got a knife and then stabbed him. Both Gennifer and Durrell Newell have reportedly had previous battery charges against them. Gennifer Newell is being held on $20,0000 bond.
