Monday prosecutors announced that they would seek the death penalty against two of the suspects in the murder of Cody Stradford las December. 28-year-old Ryan Lindsey and 42-year-old Allison Cunningham are two of the four charged in the murder. The two allegedly admitted that they shot Straford at some point during the altercation. According to new information just released, Lindsey and 38-year-old Skylar Whitney Brazil beat Strafford for up to an hour with Straford begged them to stop. Strafford’s body was found in his burned vehicle in a wooded area.
