The City of West Plains will host a retirement reception for Mayor Jack Pahlmann and City Administrator Tom Stehn on Tuesday, April 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Dogwood Rooms at the West Plains Civic Center. A presentation will take place at 3 p.m. Pahlmann has served as Mayor since 2012 but a member of City Council since 2000. Stehn was hired in 2011 as City Administrator/Engineer. The drop-in reception is open to the public.
