A Mountain Home man has been arrested and faces more than 60 felony charges. 38-year-old James Patrick Lally was arrested for allegedly stealing several catalytic converters over the past several weeks. Lally is charged with 33 counts of theft of property and 33 counts of criminal mischief. He is also being charged as a habitual offender. He was released after posting $26,500 bond. He has six prior convictions.
