Thursday the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Alton Man on felony drug charges. 25-year-old Andrew john Wilkerson was arrested and is charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana or Synthetic cannabinoid. His bond was set at $20,000 cash only. He is being held in the Thayer Jail.
