A Mountain View Missouri man has been charged with assault after allegedly ramming a patrol vehicle at a high rate of speed. 41-year-old Bobby Dale Blair was arrested and is charged with first degree assault on a special victim, armed criminal action, felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon by possessing a firearm and a felony-controlled substance and resisting arrest by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of injury or death. Blair is being held on $50,000 bond.
