A retirement reception was held Tuesday afternoon for West Plains Mayor Jack Pahlman and West Plains City administrator Tom Stehn, who will both officially retire this Friday. State Fire Marshall Tim Bean was there and presented the two men with proclamations from the state legislature, he talked about his time working with them when he was Fire Chief in West Plains
Steve Foster, the vice president of operations for Leonardo DRS in West Plains also spoke
Mayor Pro-Tem, Mike Topliff had a few comments
Mayor Pahlman had a few words
