A Pocahontas man has been arrested for attempted rape and sexual assault. 32-year-old Coby Ryan Poe who is a Randolph County Constable was arrested and charged with Attempted rape and three counts of second-degree sexual assault and pandering. Poe is being held on $50,000 bond.
