No charges will be filed against a Mountain Home Police Officer involved in a shooting on March 30th at Casey’s in Mountain Home. The prosecuting attorney announced that the officer used justified force in the shooting of 41-year-old Kevin Lee Donovan of Adrian Missouri, after Donovan shot a bail bondsman. Donovan was wounded and faces several felony charges.
