Two people were inured in an accident in Ripley County Thursday morning. The Highway patrol says that, 30-year-old Joshua Payne of Doniphan and 62-year-old Tammy Rouille of Naylor both suffered moderate injuries when Payne failed to yield and was hit by the vehicle that Rouille as driving. Both Payne and Rouille were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on 142E-20 about 5 miles south of Doniphan.
