A man from Alton has been arrested by the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department. 31-year-old Robert Alvin Dyer was arrested Friday and is charged with felony abuse or neglect of a child, endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk and felony domestic assault. He was taken to the Thayer Jail and bond was set at $4,500.
