20-year-old Jacoby Goehler and his mother, 41-year-old Jennifer Lynn Bowman-Harnden were both arraigned Wednesday in Fulton County. Goehler is charged with First Degree murder in the death of 19-year-old Davidlee Stansbury, and Hernden is charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder. Both pleaded not guilty. A trial date was set for January 26-28 of 2022. Goehler is being held on $500,000 bond and Herndon’s bond is at $250,000.
