A Marion County man has been arrested by the FBI and faces four charges in the January 6th riot at the U.S Capitol. Jon Thomas Mott of Yellville in charged with knowingly entering in a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, knowingly engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in restricted buildings or grounds and two counts of violent entry and disorderly conduct of capitol grounds. Mott was arrested Thursday and taken to the Sebastian County jail in Fort Smith.
