A Flippin Arkansas man was arrested on sexual assault charges in Izard County. According to the Sheriff’s Office 19-year-old Ryan Fay Grunewald was arrested after allegedly admitting to an authority that he had inappropriately touched a girl, but claimed he was asleep at the time. He is charged with felony second degree sexual assault and bond was set at $20,000.
