The trial of an Ozark County woman accused of murdering her daughter was canceled Tuesday. Rebecca Rudd was scheduled for trial on Tuesday but the trial canceled pending an appeal of a motion to the Missouri Supreme Court, a trial cannot happen until the appeal is heard, Rudd is accused of killing her daughter Savannah Leckie in 2016, Savannah’s remains were found in a burn pile about 400 yards from the home where Rudd lived.
